Our Story
IVIN's Journey
In the heart of Nepal’s majestic Himalayas, the journey of International Volunteer in Nepal (IVIN) began as the brainchild of three determined individuals. Born and raised in remote Himalayan villages, our paths converged through a shared vision—a vision to catalyze change in the very communities that shaped us.
Our collective experiences painted a vivid picture of the challenges faced by our communities. Accessing quality education, adequate healthcare, and opportunities for growth were not just aspirations but elusive dreams in the backdrop of economic struggles. Yet, from these struggles emerged our unwavering commitment to reverse this narrative. Driven by a passion to give back to the society that nurtured us, we recognized the transformative power of collective action.
IVIN emerged not just as a dream but as a mission—a testament to our dedication to fostering a positive environment, especially in education and societal development. Having navigated the hardships of remote mountainous regions ourselves, we understood the urgent need for change. IVIN was conceived with a clear purpose: to mobilize volunteers to the most inaccessible and underserved areas, bridging gaps and igniting hope where it was needed most.
